Welcome to Everyday Elegance. By booking our personal styling and colour consultancy services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
1.1. Everyday Elegance provides personal styling, wardrobe consultations, shopping assistance, and colour analysis services.
1.2. Services are provided in person or online, depending on the service booked.
1.3. While we aim to provide styling advice suited to your needs, results may vary based on individual preferences and external factors.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1. All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.
2.2. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. We accept payments via e.g., bank transfer
2.4. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the stated expiry date.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
3.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
3.3. If Everyday Elegance needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.
3.4. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their styling preferences and needs.
4.2. Clients must arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
4.3. For in-person services, clients must ensure a safe and appropriate environment for consultations (e.g., wardrobe assessments at home).
5. Liability
5.1. Everyday Elegance provides styling advice based on expertise and trends but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
5.2. We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with purchases made based on our recommendations.
5.3. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from our services unless required by New Zealand law.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
6.1. We respect your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6.2. All client details, including photos taken during consultations, will be kept confidential unless agreed otherwise.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
7.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
7.2. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
